We ship all orders with DHL.
Currently, we deliver within Germany, selected EU countries, USA and Switzerland.
Zippers have arrived and are now ready for shipping, your order will be dispatched within 2–3 business days, and you will receive a tracking number via email.

Important Notice for Customers from the USA and Switzerland
If a shipment is refused upon delivery by the customer, the order will be considered canceled. All associated costs incurred – including customs duties, return shipping fees, and any additional handling charges – will be deducted from the refund amount.
Failed Delivery / Return to Sender
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier's timeframe, it will be returned to us. In such cases:
· The customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping.
· Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
· If the customer wishes for the parcel to be resent, a new shipping fee will be charged.
